so disappointed to know this location is not supportive of people experiencing homelessness. went in to buy food for someone outside who gave me cash and told me they wouldn't allow him in. employees proceeded to ask me questions about what i was doing and why. felt so icky after being treated like a criminal for buying another person food. can't imagine how daunting it must be for someone just trying to feed themselves to walk in and be received with that hostility. so incredibly disappointed by the lack of humanity he was shown and then i was shown for attempting to help.

Night crew Saturday/Sunday work very hard wish the Uber eats wouldn't make it so difficult for them they make the best food I feel like the same thing happens every random Sunday their all aggressive and I the way and distract the wawas employees from doing their job in a relaxing

If you want delicious, warm oatmeal on a cold morning don't order from Wawa!!! For two days in a row coworkers and I have tried to order Wawa's oatmeal which they will allow you to order and pay for. When you're hungry and waiting for your oatmeal the delivery driver calls stating they don't have any, but you've already been charged.

As a home grown Philadelphian, when I get back there I always get a great hoagie and 2 soft pretzels. Service is always great!!! Highly recommend them!

Honestly, this is going to be a bit of a whirlwind but I work in the area. I’ve noticed many trends and this is arguably the worst Wawa in DC (even though most of the staff *including* management is nice)The breakfast sandwiches here are super hit or miss. Usually you just end up with bagel options, and by 10am they’re hard as rocks. The ICEE machine has been broken all summer (biggest bummer) and they’re often very low in stock on their own branded product. It just seems like they are always behind on inventory. Manager says they only have certain soups on weekends (aka. the best ones!) but we literally only have boring a$4&;$ chicken noodle every day!The nail in the coffin was that today. I ordered an Italian Hoagie and the bread was unbelievable hard. It was so obvious it wasn’t fresh. My coworker jokingly said it seemed like they added excessive amounts of the condiments I asked for to soften the bread up -__-It kind of pissed me off that someone literally grabbed the loaf and decided it wasn’t worth checking for better. I get if inventory issues aren’t something you can control, but it would be nice if you cared more about the things you can.
