Actually never heard of a wawa with no public restroom. 2 of us needed to go pretty badly and despite being paying customers were denied ability to use rest room. When asked where we can go also received no answer saying they don't know.

Restrooms are always closed because the workers sleep during breaks in restroom, my only reasoning why it’s closed. Or maybe they use restroom to store food items. Or maybe it’s a sacred place for them. They have guts to tell me to use fountain machines water to rinse. Useless NPC’s

No bathrooms available. Ordered a whole pizza and it was ready fast.

Seems like a nice Wawa but they have bathrooms locked. Pretty sure this is illegal. My 10 year old needed to go so bad and they told us they don’t allow people to use their restroom. Pretty concerning considering the laws on this. Might want to address this corporate. We love Wawa but this puts a damper on the whole thing.

This one is specifically because of your food and beverage manager. I paid for extra ranch and asked the young lady to please put it on the salad and NOT on the side. That way it doesn’t waste a container. I said that BEFORE when I ordered it. When I got my food, it wasn’t what I wanted. I asked the young lady to please put it on my food.

Here this man comes out of no where WHO WASN’T EVEN PRESENT WHEN I FIRST ORDERED TO WITNESS THE CONVERSATION TO KNOW WHAT I ASKED FOR.

Talking about “I’m the food and beverage manager and we pay for certain portions and blah blah.” Sir - nobody asked you for the break down, your opinion, or advice. Just fix the food order and leave it at that. No - now he wants a back and forth break down that nobody asked for.

He said “next time you’ll pay extra” BUT I ALREADY PAID THE EXTRA. There will never be a next time here because he couldn’t just MIND HIS BUSINESS. She had it; and there wasn’t a problem until he started trying to “coach someone”.

Had he not come over trying to insert himself in a conversation and insinuate someone didn’t pay for something- everything would have been cool. Then keeps going back and forth with me. I hate this Wawa and I use to come daily. Nobody asked for him. Nobody.

Never again. Won’t be returning.

First day of the new year 25 at 9:30 pm most grocery and restaurants that had restrooms were closed I came to Wawa No restroom for customers. I bought a coffee very expensive but they didn't allow me to use the restroom. If a business doesn't have a restroom I will boycott them and never buy something until they have a restroom for customers.

During our visit to Washington DC we came here to do some shopping every day. The sandwiches and wraps for lunch were particularly popular. Friendly and smooth service.

Is so disgusting when the staff that prepare the food ( sandwich) they are talking and laughing at the same time, spitting particles of saliva over the sandwiches. they don't have any respect about the food that we consume.the other thing is that they don't have control of quality, many times I experience that they don't prepare the sandwich with the ingredients that I ordered, they think that they are preparing the sandwich for them is so disgusting,I guess that the store manager need to have more control of quality and healthy procedures guidelines.

Placed an order online for pickup, which was rejected - to no fault of the branch. I decided to go into the store and place an order at the kiosk instead to get my food, and while I was in the store, I got a notification that the web order succeeded and double charged me. Had 3 orders I had not meant to place, but no biggy - I notified the cashier, who was super friendly in assisting me and notified me that he would need to speak with his manager to process the refund. The store was busy so I waited near the registers for help. All was good up until this point. When the manager came out to assist, however, he was extremely blunt and rude throughout the entire process. Shaking his head and slamming drawers closed while storming around the store for something completely out of my control. I felt like a child being scolded by another man-child incapable of controlling his feelings. The rest of the staff was amazing, but I feel this person should not be a manager if he is unable to handle problems and treat other human beings with respect and decency.

I don’t have any ideas about food & beverages my concern is how Westin city center and WAWA allows homeless to live permanently with their dogs? WAWA provides them free meals and drinks not safe to walk to the area especially night time, they follow you to get money. Clean beautiful safe environment now dirty urine vomit trash dogs poop all over these two big companies they have to think about this especially Westin is loosing guests

I get weird scam vibes in this place, people regularly ask you to buy their stuff because they only have cash… then use it. So weird.

But worse than that is the temper of one of their nightly employees. He’s slow, he yells, he’s confrontational, and makes the Wawa experience one you’ll not forget — likely not in a way you’d want to experience.

Just a subpar Wawa.
