Good food but their free shake signup offer did not work.I sent a message to their customer service over a week ago and got no response.

The price for a burger, side, and regular milkshake was around $27 with tax. I ordered the limited time Southwest Burger, which came with chili and cheese; the chili cheese tater tots; and the pistachio milkshake. The food was about on-par with BGR and Five Guys in terms of freshness of ingredients and taste. The burger was run-of-the-mill, and I was surprised that the burger came with pepperjack & chili rather than the nacho cheese & chili that were on the tater tots.Overall, the experience was good, but there are better burger joints for the price.
Vegetarian options: Wayback Burgers does have vegan/vegetarian options with the Impossible Burger.
Wheelchair accessibility: The building and eating area has full wheelchair accessibility.

Expensive burger but decent. $20 for a combo burger meal is why 3-star. If it was closer to $10, it would be 4-5 stars.

The staff is great! Very friendly, and since I order the same thing when I visit, they know I want hot sauce with my breakfast burrito and include it in the bag without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make me keep coming back.

Please update your actual hours. From 6am-2pm Monday- Friday
Ordered through the level up app. Went to pick it up and realized the location is in the Navy Yard, so I could not enter without a badge! There should be a disclaimer for on line orders!
Food is good but service is super slow. Watched them complete several orders while my sandwich sat there only waiting on fries.
Think way back to before restaurants were confident enough in their meat suppliers to ask how you wanted your beef cooked. Combine the fast casual prices of a BGR or Elevation burger with the overcooked meat of a company barbecue. For fun, try their Steak-umms grade cheesesteaks. By far, the only burger place in the building.

Good, fresh burgers and fries.
Great staff, decent veggie burgers.
A vegan burger would be a great addition to your menu, along with vegan cheese, and a milkshake made with either soy, almond, coconut, oat, cashew, hemp, milk etc! As it is now, there is NOTHING on your menu I can eat, not even the french fries. Many fast-food chains and resturants have already caught up with mainstream and added a vegan burger like the "impossible burger or "beyond meat burger". PLEASE OFFER VEGAN ALTERNATIVES FOR THOSE OF US WHO CARE ABOUT ANIMALS, THEIR HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT!
The chocolate and banana milkshake is so so so so good
