Same as any Wendy's but walking around DC all day, it tasted extremely good, excellent access in and out for vehicles, wheel chair accessibility.
Guetto, no drivethu.. yuck ohh yeah and no restroom. The gas station ambiance is overwhelming
Very slow but the food is good
Extremely bad staff no greetings when entered. Just ordered by a manager to put on a mask which was NOT LISTED on ANY DOORS or windows or anywhere in the restaurant stating this request. Furthermore she kept her back to me while an older guy stood in front of me with a manager tag on and says absolutely nothing as I stand in the lobby. Then the very rude associate yells to someone in the back that they have a customer.. WOW two people right here and I must wait for a 3rd. Last but not least this has to be the oldest Wendy’s I have been in in 10 years the building looks as bad as the service you get from the staff
Wendy's food at this location was really good and fresh and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this location.
One of only two cars in the drive thru, still took more than 10min to get my order. It was delicious and fresh when I got it. Cold brew was terrible and not brewed cold
Need better management Saturday standing in drive thru for 45 mins they can’t even manage 7 cars. Need better manager and efficient staff.
This time forgot the almonds for my salad.
Its a Wendy's. Better than McDonald's or Burger King but not necessarily great. For fast food, though, pretty good.
The drive thru, at least this time, was very slow to get food out. The food was cold, not that same quality as you would expect from Wendy's, but I was in line (after ordering) for over 25 minutes.Could have been due to staffing issues, or poor management. I think this location could heavily benefit from reinvestment.A remodel, new management, and a standard for all of the solicitation in the parking lot would improve this location a lot.Unfortunate.

Great variety of food and their burgers are very similar to the infamous In-and-Out Burgers. Fresh salads, yummy chilies, baked potatoes with all the fix'n and more. On a budget get the 4 for 4 you won't be disappointed go check them out!
Horrible Wendy's experience, wait was long, customer service needed some work except one young lady that came out of nowhere to help but disappeared again. To top it off my son found a hair in his burger. If you hungry take a sec to drive somewhere.
They did not take my severe allergy to Jalepeños seriously and I have had a reaction. This threatened my life and makes it hard for me to continue my work this evening. They clearly didn't change their gloves and wipe down to avoid cross contamination. They also didn't give me my drink. I'm not coming back because they risked my life. Taking someone allergies seriously is required when alerted and I always start with that before I order. The reaction is anaphylaxis and tear holes in my stomach. If you have a food allergy do not eat here, they don't care.I ordered a 4 for 4 with chicken sandwich.
Some of the worst service I have ever experienced with a drive through. 3 cars were in front of us but it took half an hour to get food. We ordered a baked potato and it wasn't warm. The worst location in DC.
Slow death standing in line..... Multiple customers left. The fast food industry has really taken a hit. Staffing was minimal.
