I ordered my meal online just to be told they didn't receive it and that I would have to call a number that has yet to pick up. I want my refund this is ridiculous they pretty much denied me service because they didn't feel like it.

Well. There a few drive thrus in DC proper so let’s clap for that. Service late at night can be hit or miss tho (system problems?) but when they are open the food is always as expected. It’s up there on Georgia Ave, so it can be a lil rough but if you’re not used to the area but that’s fine, this ain’t the Ritz.

As a frequent fast food customer and even viewed through that lens, this place doesn’t clear that low bar. Food is average. Restaurant is always dirty as are the bathrooms. Tables are never clean. I’ve also never seen more than one register open and lines tend to back up and service is super slow. Avoid if you can!

This location has the lobby closed without explanation or signage. If you do not have a car do not bother wasting a trip to this location. I was trying to get breakfast and was shocked to discover this huge inconvenience. The dining room hours posted say 7am-10pm, but at 8:30am they were still not open.

This place is filthy and UT needs a good cleaning. Gave it a one star because I can't go lower.
Only time I've ever been here but they got my order wrong it was still a good sandwich just not what I wanted.
