This Wendy’s does not have any type of good customer service skills everyone is rude including the women it needs better management or better workers I will never go back to that one I really think they need new workers they act like they don’t want to work
Don’t ever get this Wendy’s they make this Wendy look terrible. The staff is so unorganized, if you think you order first or you’re going to get your order before others that’s went after you. Sadly ur mistaken and will be disappointed.
Me and my friends decided to grab a quick breakfast before catching our train, and they proceed to make everyone’s order in-front of us. And was only notified when we told the manger, even after. They made someone else’s order, it’s crazy. The food we received ended up not being our order and being cold anyways.
I know it's tempting because it's technically open, but you are not going to have a good time.
Unfortunately can’t give less than a 1 star. 15 min before closing and the staff was yelling at the customers “we about to close, idk why you guys do this!” Also yelling at people in the lines to hurry up and order and not just stand there. Unfortunately no one had a name tag so I can’t call him out by name. Worst service!
Waited ten minutes for a frosty, no one in front of me, was waited on so just left. From what I saw, the place looked rough inside and was hesitant ordering from there in first place
Awful, they took two hours to only cancel my order
They refused to give my ubereats driver my salad and were very rude to him. Not ordering from here again.
Never seen Wendy’s staff get orders done so quickly. Even the customers were cheering and clapping saying “Great Job”. When I first arrived at “Busy” Lunchtime, the line looked very slow so I decided to order online. Before I could look up again that line was quickly getting shorter! Maybe I went on a good day but this staff works together well! And the manager worked right along with them. They didn’t get flustered or worrisome and were all very nice and calm. I’d go back
Very slow
Even though hardly anyone was there when I arrived, they still couldn't get my order right. How do you mess up a special burger? I mean, you are literally putting less ingredients and less work into the meal. I'll tell you how....by not listening to your customer. And stop holding the sandwich outside of a warmer while you cook the fries. That's Fast Food 101...and everybody knows if you fail 101 you cannot take on the next level. That's BK facts for those who do not know (98% customer satisfaction for 4 years straight working summers on undergrad on me)! And refrain from acting like you have an attitude because somebody asked for mustard. Just to be clear: It's no celebration for me to have mustard thrown on the counter for me to pick up...as bad as you don't want to touch my hand, I do not want to touch yours especially since you have been in contact with more people working there than me. Take all that attitude and put it into the effort of making the food better. Because clearly the customers cannot have it their way at Wendy's...I'm sure Dave is turning in his grave. Does Wendy know how you tarnishing her name? When I am finished this review. She is about to find out. Stop making our experiences bad at a location you just work at and don't own. There are lots of places to eat where you are, and people do not have to spend their money where you clearly do not care whether they keep coming or not. I promise you probably will hear from Wendy before this is said and done. What's up? My money isn't green enough for you or something? How else do you get paid if we don't buy? Believe me, I can talk like this all day. Do better or quit. Those two stars are hell-a generous, humpty-dumpty. I literally came home and remade the burger myself.

Recently visited this Wendy's from my recent trip from NYC. The workers are very nice. The food was fresh and delicious. Fresher than any Wendy's in N.Y.C. But beware they're slow when preparing your order. Just giving heads up to future customers.

I specifically asked for an apple pecan salad with no blue cheese. When I received it with cheese in it, the employee did not even attempt to provide another solution which could’ve been easily to make a correct salad. His response was “it was too much going on & I didn’t hear you.” I also thought it was weird the salad was in a Jersey Mikes container, which appeared smaller than the normal round size.

Whoever that older lady is that work there is rude as hell. She might be the manager idk but she’s rude and she got smart with me when I asked for an extra sauce.. she tried to correct me on my order as well. Never coming back UNLESS she’s not there.
