Wendy union station the old lady Manager that been there for the last two days is so disrespectful around 1018 am today She was totally disrespectful and I would not be going back to this Wendy’s until she is gone. She made 10 people leave Wendy’s and she told then if They don’t want to wait go somewhere else. She made a guy that was standing near me waiting for his food to sit down. He told her that no I will stand she said u won’t get your food Wendy do better picking better managers because she is not good at all really disrespectful

Guy lie about free refills.

I went for breakfast order a honey chicken sandwich meal ,the sandwich wasn't fresh at all, i notice another customer had the same problem with her food as well too went back to speak to the male manager waste of time and money .this location definitely needs to do better i wont return

Asked for no ranch or mayo and they still put it on and also got no tomato

This Wendy’s does not have any type of good customer service skills everyone is rude including the women it needs better management or better workers I will never go back to that one I really think they need new workers they act like they don’t want to work

Don’t ever get this Wendy’s they make this Wendy look terrible. The staff is so unorganized, if you think you order first or you’re going to get your order before others that’s went after you. Sadly ur mistaken and will be disappointed.
Me and my friends decided to grab a quick breakfast before catching our train, and they proceed to make everyone’s order in-front of us. And was only notified when we told the manger, even after. They made someone else’s order, it’s crazy. The food we received ended up not being our order and being cold anyways.

I know it's tempting because it's technically open, but you are not going to have a good time.

Unfortunately can’t give less than a 1 star. 15 min before closing and the staff was yelling at the customers “we about to close, idk why you guys do this!” Also yelling at people in the lines to hurry up and order and not just stand there. Unfortunately no one had a name tag so I can’t call him out by name. Worst service!

Waited ten minutes for a frosty, no one in front of me, was waited on so just left. From what I saw, the place looked rough inside and was hesitant ordering from there in first place

Awful, they took two hours to only cancel my order
