My guy Will is the best 🤌🤌. The atmosphere here is great before games, and nothing beats the $4 happy hour. Will makes it happen with his professional doling out of the fine domestic macrobrews at record pace. Promote that man.

Biggest golf day of the year masters rd 1 and not a single tv on the masters. When I asked “the tvs are broke” and they “stay on what they’re on”
Which is currently a semi final football game from 4 months ago and a raiders vs jags game from week 9 last year.
Unbelievably self aware. GM and owner should be ashamed of that level of customer service

About a dozen self-serve kiosks for placing bets, as well a handful of teller windows. ID check required upon entry. Typical Caesars offerings that you'd see in the App, along with a variety of parlay cards available, etc.
Staff there were friendly & courteous; great interactions with both security and gaming staff.
Note - some of the reviews seem a bit dated. There was no food available when we visited (November, 2024). Also, the bar is ONLY open on game/event days (can still go to place bets & TVs are still on) -- but, during times they are open, they do have some good deals! Any draft beer was $3 from 3-7pm, so a good spot for a pre-game beverage; you can literally enter the arena directly from the sportsbook.
The owner is horrible this place stay open until midnight bring it back to midnight or I'm never coming back here again

Horrible experience with Ceasers sportsbook so clunky will drive you nuts the responsiveness... then have to jump through many hoops to withdraw. Worst sportsbook by a mile!

My first time dining at Ceasars. I'm here for the ACC Championship game. Exceeded my expectations.. DC Wings and Long Island Ice teas are ?and the customer service is top notch. I'll be back for football season.
