Sad, sad place

About a dozen self-serve kiosks for placing bets, as well a handful of teller windows. ID check required upon entry. Typical Caesars offerings that you'd see in the App, along with a variety of parlay cards available, etc.

Staff there were friendly & courteous; great interactions with both security and gaming staff.

Note - some of the reviews seem a bit dated. There was no food available when we visited (November, 2024). Also, the bar is ONLY open on game/event days (can still go to place bets & TVs are still on) -- but, during times they are open, they do have some good deals! Any draft beer was $3 from 3-7pm, so a good spot for a pre-game beverage; you can literally enter the arena directly from the sportsbook.

Horrible experience with Ceasers sportsbook so clunky will drive you nuts the responsiveness... then have to jump through many hoops to withdraw. Worst sportsbook by a mile!

My first time dining at Ceasars. I'm here for the ACC Championship game. Exceeded my expectations.. DC Wings and Long Island Ice teas are ?and the customer service is top notch. I'll be back for football season.

This place closed right after the basketball games and wouldn't let anyone in to cash out their bets. Very shady.

Watch out. I found several bets that I won graded 'LOST'. I noticed this when the account balance was not as expected and once I was watching the game live. They paid me for one bet already and giving me hard times for the other bets. I stopped using this sportbook now, there are over a dozen sites that I can use where I live.

This place and their staff are a joke. Arrived around 330pm to find out the bar/upstairs was closed. The staff told us they would be opening at 4pm. We waited around and the upstairs didn’t open until 5!! Meanwhile that entire hour the staff was just standing there on their phones and/or sitting down. When we finally were let upstairs, their QR code for the menu was broken and didn’t work. When they finally got the menu working, the online menu was 100% different than the one on their website and a quarter of the list of options. By the time we finally ordered it was 2 hours after we had arrived. Listen to me when I tell you this, avoid this place at all costs it has a bad, bad reputation and it is even worse than most reviews let on.

Avoid this place. Go to make some bets and they are letting folks smoke joints inside the closed door betting area. Down right awful. Bad enough to smell it outside but to be stuck inside a small room whileSomebody lights up and Ceasers staff just sits there and does nothing? Can’t trust a place like that and it should be a concern to anybody that wants to use this place

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Manger closed the bar right after the game ended! Rude very unprofessional . There’s a reason this place will be non existent in the next 2-3 years! Piss poor food & management! Don’t waste your time or money!
