Not only is every dish delicious, but the service at Isshin is so warm, so welcome and so lovely. Secret menu item is the handmade dumplings (they have two types so ask for these specifically). Their miso soup is very rich but not overly salty, which can be difficult to find, yet it is here daily and for a good price. I’m particularly in love with their udon noddles, which I get vegetarian with tofu, and the veggies are perfectly crisp. Their sushi rolls are fresh and I never get the seaweed burps. They know us when we walk in and make my wife and I feel like family. Become a regular, it’s worth it.

I ordered take-out via Grubhub, the sushi was very fresh & tasted great. Presentation was all there however, the Volcano appetizer was tiny. For $13.00 and it being that small, if I had dined in the restaurant and it came out like that I would have sent it back. I won’t be ordering that again!

Amazing sushi. Extremely fresh fish. Other dishes not so good.

You guys are amazing! I am someone who eats sushi twice a week and I have to say, I will never order delivery from anyone else again! Freshest I’ve had in a while and decently priced. Thank you!!

We ordered the beef kung pao and combination drunken noodles. Although both were flavorful, it was very salty. The waiter was very friendly and helpful though

Dragon Ball: I was expecting there to be more lobster in the lobster salad. Was cool to try, but nothing crazy.

Rock Shrimp Tempura: Good.

Tempura Sweet Potato Roll: Fry that sweet potato more.

Shaggy Dog Roll: Eh. Not special.

Wonton Soup: Soup itself was nice. The wontons were meh.

Overall, it was a fine place to try, but I probably wouldn't get it again.

I found a bug shell on top of my sushi. I almost puked. Can you imagine eating this thing unknowingly and how do you know if it’s not present in other sushi rolls? This is unacceptable

Good spot for any low bar Asian must-have. Extremely fast, good guys. I get sushi rolls and some deep fried appetizer favorites. The rolls are better than the nigiri. The fried appetizers hit the spot.
