We didn’t eat, we just drank and watched 3 stellar performances sponsored by the DC Blues Society🎶😎

A German Beer Garden feel. With vegetation and decor, this feels like a secluded German Beer Garden in downtown DC.

Didn’t really like the vibes and it’s kinda messy here but that’s what you should expect from an outdoor beer garden

Been here a few times over the years. The food truck is great (it is a separate business operated within the brewery) and they have a solid beer selection. A great selection of different seating areas for groups big and small. Would be there a whole lot if I lived in the area. I try to make a point of going anytime I am staying nearby.

Very laid back atmosphere with lots of seating. Children are allowed and they offer corn hole. There are a couple of food trucks on site, too.

*Edit to add* The ‘bouncers’ are not chill at all and overreact and deny groups for made up reasons. It’s ridiculously overpriced and not worth it at all. The children statement below stands true still as well.
Adults have to show an ID. It’s literally a beer garden. They proceed to let children in that run around everywhere. How does that make any sense? It’s a mind boggling concept when you are ACTUALLY an adult and then children are everywhere. There are so many issues they have. The point is to be away from that. They also overprice everything. Don’t recommend at all.

The bouncer is so rude. Expect a bag check when you show up, which is really quite strange for a drinking establishment. He grilled me about my water bottle, then tried to kick my group out of our reserved space.
The drinks are what really make me rate this place down. They are insanely marked up. I ordered sangria and it tasted like water and had no fruit in it.
The area is cute, I suppose, and good for groups.
The gender neutral bathroom is a portable toilet, so thanks, I guess?

No phone number to contact if there are issues. Lost something here earlier in the day and when I returned they were closed at 9:02pm even though Google Maps said they closed at 11pm and their Facebook said 10pm.

Kinda fun spot but only if the weather is fair or cool. I've been here a few times over the past year. If it's cold out they close up the main area and run heat. If it's hot, prepare to bake. It's hottt. The fans do little to help. Even on hot days at night is pretty hot in there.
Beer selection is good enough but would like a few more German options like a dunkle.
There's one on site food truck and another that delivers but takes a bit.

The selection was disappointing for a beer garden. They also have cocktails, where are OK. I probably wouldn't go again, unless I just happened to be in the area

Fire pits? Check. Inside tent to avoid bad weather? Check. Variety of seating? (Couch, bench, tables, chair) Check. Great selection of beers? Check. Young professionals and lively environment? Oh yeah.
Whole heartily recommend Wunder Garden. My favorite beer garden thus far in DC. Always great to go here on a weekend night out with friends
We came here for Krampus fest and had a great time.
