Great little place near McPherson Square that serves pitas, wraps, and bowls. Served deli-style. Just select your base and walk the line to choose your veggies and toppings. Quick, friendly service. This is vegetarian friendly. I will return for my lunch break.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options to add to your (V)protein base.

Yafa Grille is wonderful - very tasty salad and rice bowls you can build yourself with meat or falafel and a large selection of yammy toppings. Super friendly and incredibly kind staff. Highly recommend!

This place was across from our hotel. We had just flown in and were hungry for lunch. Due to COVID, they only offered take-out but we could take the food to our hotel room. We both ordered chicken Shawarma plates and they were loaded down with all sorts of goodness. In fact we omitted the rice because there were so many veggies, pickles and spreads with the chicken. There was so much food we ate the leftovers for dinner the next night before going to a show. The owner told us he was really struggling with the decreased lunch traffic since many Washingtonians were still working from home. He closed some branches and was now only opened till 2 pm. That’s a shame because Yafa really is excellent and cheap.

Owner or Staff I dont know who is the gentleman works behind of expo. He was Rude. Almost I got kicked out from the place. He says no inside !! Anyway, I got chicken bowl, it was not fresh just tiny bit chicken was inside of the bowl. I didnt get full. And 1 bowl + 1 drinks $14 expensive!! Btw put some sign where line starts.
