I went for the happy hour deal $2 per piece of nigiri sushi. The sushi was fresh and the fish was very tender. I also ordered the pork shoyu ramen which was delicious. Inside the restaurant is small but they have outdoor dining during the warmer months.

Me and my now wife came to the restaurant 12 years ago and we had been regulars for some time up until the pandemic, fast forward a couple weeks ago we decided to stop in and the food the atmosphere everything was even better which was hard to believe, our server even remembered us and too me that was one of the best things of all. The food is incredible and as people who have been to Japan and love homie restaurants this is as close as you can get.

Meh. I got the veggie sushi combo and it was underwhelming. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Have had amazing veggie sushi elsewhere so was a bit disappointing. The service was great though!

Once upon a time Yosaku was an excellent restaurant. Today's order was different. The food is not the same. The sushi roll sauces are overly sweet and mask the other ingredients. The sesame paste in the goma spinach was also pure sugar. What a disappointment. Yosaku was once a reliable local restaurant. Now it is no longer worth a return visit. Did the ownership change?

Clean and compact Japanese restaurant with an impressively large menu. We found everything to be well made with high quality ingredients. Our favorites are the Alaskan Roll, Dragon Roll, Spicy Crunchy Rainbow Roll, and Veggie Delight Roll -- all as tasty as they are artful. Many sushi restaurants do not put much effort into their vegetarian sushi offerings (not that I really blame them), but it's wonderful when they do! I really liked the crunchiness and texture of the veggie delight sushi. The kids gobbled up their avocado cucumber roll and chicken udon. The restaurant has a decent little patio in addition to the indoor space, but we often opt for takeout, which is always packaged carefully. If you live in the neighborhood there's free delivery within 1.5 miles

Quiet. We would come here whenever we visited my son at the university. He has since graduated and he brought me here today. Brings back a lot of memories. Awesome menus. Excellent customer service. I enjoyed every minute.Kid-friendliness: There were well behaved children enjoying their dinner with their parents.
