Ok, I'm not from round here so maybe - MAYBE - there are many other great burger places in DC. But I honestly don't imagine it is possible to make a better bacon cheeseburger and chocolate shake than I just had here at Z Burger. Really something out of the ordinary, perfect in every way. Didn't try the fries or anything else, but I can say the burgers and shakes are something special indeed.

Horrible location I go to Z burger a lot and this is definitely the worst location it’s dirty smells like old mops the incompetent cashier lady rude as hell and got no comprehension on how to take an order over the phone after I finally get my food burger bun is hard barely any meat on the sandwich just broken up bits of meat a big piece of lettuce and drowned in condiments, not to mention the soda machine was out of order so I couldn’t even order a drink I’m very disappointed by far the worst meal I’ve ever had I feel like I completely wasted my money and we all know nothings worse than wasting your money on a meal you thought would be good

I was fiending for a burger for lunch and didn’t want the typical Wendy’s or Golden Arches. Did a quick search and ended up here. Close to work.
Food was great — got a single cheeseburger and a strawberry shake. Was nothing fancy, but hit the spot.
Service — not so great. Was just a lady at the register; couldn’t see who the cook was. She was on her phone the entire time, so I didn’t know if/when she was speaking to me when I was ordering with her 🤷🏾♂️. No smile, no come again, no thank you….you get what I’m saying?
(Some other visitors came about 3 minutes after me. She got of the phone, offered a warm welcome and a smile)

My burger was delicious and juicy. I really enjoyed the that my food was packaged well and retained heat. My onion rings were also amazing not soggy and still crisp. My strawberry banana milk shake was to die for. It was the right consistency and the fruit inside tasted fresh.
