This place was suggested by a delightful local person who goes there every Thursday. From outside it looks like a small place but once you enter you see the high ceilings and the white walls with beautiful Greek photography and historical photos. It’s not cramped and feels airy. I feel like I may have ordered the wrong thing by getting the combo plate, but the greek fries & greek salad are yummy! Super pretty spot to eat outside at, unfortunately got bit by a lot of mosquitoes but it’s August in DC. Also, very convenient off the Red line.
The last time I was here with friends we all enjoyed our food. This time, my friend loved her salad but I was extremely disappointed in the falafel pita sandwich. The pita was thin and crispy, so it broke into small pieces before I could take one bite. There was no sauce, so it was dry and difficult to eat. This needs to be changed!

The people who work here are friendly and love to share the history of the place.
