“I just left here to get a bagel sandwich about an hour before they closed. It smelled as if they just finished cleaning, but the gentleman who worked there was very kind enough to still take my order and with a smile on his face. My family and I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so, God willing 🙏🙏☺️☺️“

“Just as an FYI, for the 2021-2022 academic year this Einstein Bros. only accepts orders by students, faculty, and staff of UDel. You can only make those orders through the grubhub app.It's an Einstein Bros, so it's about the quality you'd expect. They're housed within the first floor of the ISE building. The staff are super friendly and hard-working but when there's a rush before and after classes, you may have to wait upwards of 20 minutes. However, if you order through grubhub you can set it for pickup when you get out of class. Very convenient!“

“This is the ONLY place I ever and will ever get my coffee during the week. Bruno has consistently given the very best customer service and has quickly become my favorite person to visit. He will take care of you with the most joy and attention to detail. I have never seen anyone there have an "off day" or exude anything other than kindness and the utmost respect. The drinks are made to perfection and the espresso is done *perfectly*. Starbucks who? Go see Bruno so he can take care of you too!“
