“Lovely place with excellent service! I recently ordered “The Cure” through DoorDash, which includes egg, brisket, bacon, and cream cheese on a bagel. When my order arrived, I noticed the bacon was missing. I double-checked the menu to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and at first I was disappointed since I had paid for the full sandwich.

I called and left a voicemail, not expecting much, but to my surprise, the manager returned my call and quickly made things right. She was incredibly kind and professional. The sandwich itself was delicious, and the way the situation was handled made me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time ordering from here.

“I've been coming to this spot for 25+ years since it was The Bagel Factory. Although it has changed hands a couple times and is now a Manhatty, the tradition of a solid breakfast sandwich spot continues. The staff/owners are very nice and appreciative of your business. The service is quick and I haven't experienced a long line yet. There's plenty of space inside to eat in as well.

The breakfast sandwich (BEC on Everything) is always consistent, isn't messy, and is fairly well-priced compared to the premium spots in the area (Spread and Up-Ryes). Good Everything bagel with salt - fresh cooked egg and solid bacon. Nothing worse than an Everything bagel that doesn't have salt.

I would go here over Spread 10/10 times. While Up-Ryes may be a higher quality sandwich, they are more expensive and it's good to switch things up once in a while.

Also Manhatty's Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is A+. Would recommend!“

“I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.“

“My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless to put fruit slices with stickers in a sandwich.“

Pros: the food is pretty fresh and tasty and they let my 2 and 4 year old run around the cafe for a solid hour with nary a care in the world.“

“I’ve been to many bagel shops in the local area, but I have to say Manhattan bagels is by far the best bagel shop. We had the farmhouse and the avocado egg White alongside the Manhattan pastrami with some chocolate muffins and all of it was outstanding. The quality and attention to quality was outstanding and the staff we 5*. I would highly recommend Manhattan bagels as a place to go to get your bagels 5* all around.“

Recently, this location has been taken over by new management. Yash, the new owner, is wonderful! He is takes great pride in his work, serves high quality food, and cares a lot about his customers. Yash is hardworking and passionate and the proof shows in his food and service!

This restaurant has overall ratings in the lower side because of previous management’s mistakes. I have no doubt that, as time goes on and this restaurant remains under Yash’s ownership, the ratings will soar back up to a more accurate assessment.

For now, I’ll just say: Go here! You won’t be disappointed.“

“The staff are attentive and work well as a team. There were still a sufficient number and variety of bagels to choose from at around 8:30 AM. In a few short minutes, I was treated with a delicious bagel with nova lox, cream cheese, and fixings. As a former resident of New York and avid bagel patron, I can attest to the quality of Manhattan bagels.
