“Best manhattan around - owner is an awesome guy, they always make it good and are efficient and friendly. A+Edit: this must be said there are 4 manhattan bagel near me, and only this location knows how to make a hashbrown - im a big fan of hashbrown with the breakfast sandwich, i like it crisper and made well, and this location NAILS it perfectly. All 3 other locations cannot get the well done hashbrown right, or even get it crispy at all. This is the manhattan bagel to go to if you are in the area or visiting“

He is extremely responsive cares deeply about his patrons and his reputation and will go more than the extra mile to make sure that the order is correct on time and made to perfection. “Saturdays start with a Fill-a-Bagel run! Everything bagels, cream cheeses and LaCombe coffee are our favorites as well as the yummy blueberry muffins. We are lucky because we live equidistant from the Oreland and Jenkintown Fill-a-Bagel locations!“

The entire staff is always so nice and pleasant, and after that interaction I get to enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee! “Edit - the owner was kind enough to text us (the same as the response below). That's a stand up move. We understand that things go wrong And we have had great experiences with Manhattan bagels in the past. We brought it up to a four-star review from a two store. We will try again.
We are out of town and ordered some fresh bagels, cream cheese, smoothie and some other stuff for this morning. When we received the order, there was no cream cheese and the smoothie is 1/2 unblended ice cubes. We tried calling the store, but the AI who answered said they are closed (at 9:15 am) Even though it says on the website they are open, We tried texting the store (as it said to do on the website), We tried to report it on the app, We even tried to text delivery person. We have not been able to get a hold of anybody. Now we have a bunch of bagels that are going to go stale because we don't have any cream cheese or toppings for them.“

“Awful experience today. Kids working behind the counter were great, but owner (I presume) was rude and condescending causing me to lose my temper (regretfully). Don’t approach the window to collect your order otherwise she’ll reprimand you. Great bagels, poor attitude and customer service.“
