Going downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. Meat-Egg-Cheese bagel sandwiches seem to be getting smaller as the years go by. I've tried calling in orders on Saturday mornings to save time (in car so I can't do it online) and they never answer the phone. The staff is nice but indifferent. They are reasonably quick, the bagels are good and the place is clean. However, I am searching for a better alternative.
If you're looking for a bagel sandwich just about as good as one from Dunkin Donuts prepared in quadruple the time and for double the price, then Manhatten bagel is the place for you!

Never had a problem with the food, but for some reason, it’s impossible for them to answer the phone. It’s either a busy signal or voicemail, but then theres maybe 1 customer when I arrive at the store. This has happened literally everytime I ordered from here.
