My boyfriend went and got breakfast. When he got home we opened mine and it was completely wrong. The ticket says sesame bagel toasted with butter and I got a cream cheese and egg bagel. I get that it’s just a bagel but it’s not rocket science to make a toasted bagel with butter.

The food is good and the staff is very nice but getting 2 stars because they are constantly “out of bagels” and closed by noon if not earlier ALL THE TIME

Horrible customer service. Prescheduled an order for the next day and Manhattan Bagel canceled it without any explanation. I called to ask why and whoever answered the phone hung up on me after I politely asked why my order was canceled.

Bagels are good, when they have them. They typically run out of bagels by 10am. Yes, a bagel place that consistently runs out of bagels in the morning. Beside that’s nonsense, the people who work here are dead. They died and now they are haunting a bagelless bagel store . Don’t waste the

I waited literally a half an hour for them to lose my order then no longer have the ingredients to make it. Meanwhile im watching them slam things around, complain, and be rude to other customers. Horrible experience & im never going back.

Never had a problem with the food, but for some reason, it’s impossible for them to answer the phone. It’s either a busy signal or voicemail, but then theres maybe 1 customer when I arrive at the store. This has happened literally everytime I ordered from here.

Going downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. Meat-Egg-Cheese bagel sandwiches seem to be getting smaller as the years go by. I've tried calling in orders on Saturday mornings to save time (in car so I can't do it online) and they never answer the phone. The staff is nice but indifferent. They are reasonably quick, the bagels are good and the place is clean. However, I am searching for a better alternative.

Order was incorrect and the bagels that were supposed to be toasted were freezing cold lol

This Roxborough team is an smacking group of hard-working, dedicated (ladies) workers! I return nearly weekly - highly recommended!

If you're looking for a bagel sandwich just about as good as one from Dunkin Donuts prepared in quadruple the time and for double the price, then Manhatten bagel is the place for you!
Is this place ever open? No matter what time I call for pick up, no one answers the phone. The online option to pick up also only gives you next day options when they claim to be open. Terrible customer service 0/10 recommend this location.

This place is going downhill fast. Staff is great, but they never have bagels. I mean can't we make more?

Instead, go to the Acme one block east of here. They have full dozen bags of fresh bagels for $7 flat. Manhattan charged me $10 for half dozen, tiny, flavorless bagels. Last time I was here, it was 45 mins before they were supposed to close, had the door halfway opened, the cashier screams, “we are closed!”...... always get weird vibes from the staff here.
