Awful experience today. Kids working behind the counter were great, but owner (I presume) was rude and condescending causing me to lose my temper (regretfully). Don’t approach the window to collect your order otherwise she’ll reprimand you. Great bagels, poor attitude and customer service.
Best bagels! So good I drive 15 miles, and pass 5 others bagel stores to get to the Village. Keep up the great tasty work!
