I went on there web site for delivery. My Order never got here. I called, they told me that door dash delivers for them. They could not do anything for me. They were kind of rude about it. I had to call door dash to complain about the delivery guy Mitchell D. He stole my order and I never received. Beware when you order from Captiottis. Your food may get stolen!
My family really likes Capriotti's so I was really disappointed on 4/8/22 when I picked up my order and found that the filth on the ceiling and ceiling air ventsover the prep area had not been cleaned. I mentioned this to a worker over a month ago and also described it in the online survey. We won't be ordering from this store until I hear this has been cleaned up.
can tell order was rushed. tiny bit of everything can't taste mayo or ketchup had to add my own no sweet peppers a tiny bit of meat. planned to eat half now and half later so got medium size. not possible bc sandwich was so skimpy. one on kirkwood is better. won't order here again.
