Went to pick up an order I placed online. Their manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to tell her, that my order isn't being made correctly, as I was able to see the employee preparing it, her first word was Whattt? Then she said yes, he is making it with ham and bacon as she is putting her hand up toward me as if to tell me to be quiet. I want to say this is the WORSE, omg only 2 people in the whole dang building. my daughter wanted a SEC biscuit and they moved like molasses going uphill on a snowy day. Make sure to staff according to peak hours. You know people re going to work that time of the morning have the product ready. Ohhh and the Steak biscuit no one should have to wait it is a fast food hint FAST FOOD SERVICE.
