Love this place. Every time I order from here the food is great and the employees are super friendly. I decided to write this review because the last time I ordered from here, the delivery driver was super cool, fast, and friendly. I told him that I had also ordered 3 2 liter sodas with my order but it didnt show on the reciept and this was super frustrating because it was for my kids birthday party. The delivery driver Brandon actually went back to the store and got me the 3 2 liter sodas I had ordered and delivered them to me! Crazy good service!

I'm new to Delaware, I've ordered from here 3 times so far, in New Castle location.I've had pizza, a burger and a cheesesteak! All delicious! Wasn't crazy about the fries, but everything else I really enjoyed! The service was a definite pleasure Everytime! I call to order, I'm old school! And the last time I called ahead maybe 3 hours, to have food delivered at a certain time! They were so nice and accommodating! Definitely a fan of this place!

The food here is really good, the service is just a little slow, but compared to other Pat's restaurants, the cooks do a much better job and do it consistently. My church group loves to go on Sundays and we've always been welcomed and treated as family!

I used to order from Pat's regularly, they have gotten 2 orders wrong, (used black olives instead of Kalamata olives, todays order pizza was barely above room temperature and dough was still raw, too many bad experiences the last few orders, strike 3.

Pat's pizza was always a staple growing up. This was my first time checking out another Pat's location. I always love a lunch special so I went with the two slices of cheese lunch special and a drink. The pizza was already hot, but they warm it up for you anyway. I like a crust that is not too soft and not too hard. I don't know if it is because the pizza was reheated or because the slices are thick square cut slices. I enjoyed my pizza just not the crust. I know many people who are not a fan of the square pizza but if you are you should definitely try out Pat's. They also offer 2 slices of pepperoni and a drink for the lunch special.

If I could pick 0 stars I would. Every single time I call for delivery, it's a hassle. This time they just said no we don't deliver to your address (I am 2.6 miles away) call the Marrows Rd one. I tell the person we always order and after the manager checks the map, you deliver. She didn't want to hear it. So I call Marrows Rd location and I'm told call rt.40 store, I tell her, they just told me to call you, she said well the supervisor looked at the map, rt40 delivers there. She said I'll call them and tell them they do I said don't bother, all this hassle, Pat's has lost a customer and she replied, it doesn't affect us. Well glad to hear that customers are not valuable. Horrible! Both locations are less than 3 miles away, I didn't choose pick up because I have 2 little ones to lug around.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My delivery was slow yet the driver urged me to tip. I ordered a pizza and ceasar salad. My pizza was cold and my salad was hot, please make that make sense. Chicken wasn't grilled, it taste like it was out of a ready to eat Perdue bag. Then overall presentation of the salad was off putting. First and last time I'll order from this place.

The driver is racist is rude. He was rude to my son who was exchanging food for the money. My son told him to take it back since he was being disrespectful. He then smacked the food out my sons hand and then spit on him.
