I'm new to Delaware, I've ordered from here 3 times so far, in New Castle location.I've had pizza, a burger and a cheesesteak! All delicious! Wasn't crazy about the fries, but everything else I really enjoyed! The service was a definite pleasure Everytime! I call to order, I'm old school! And the last time I called ahead maybe 3 hours, to have food delivered at a certain time! They were so nice and accommodating! Definitely a fan of this place!
Called me at 8:40 after I saying ready in 35 minutes at 8:10. I called back 3x and was hung up by the girl answering saying, "No more orders". I was there at 8:52, before closing at 9pm. I gave the $ on them even though they said the system was down already. Makes me not want to ever order again and we are frequent guests. I understand wanting to close early, but why close the system before finishing your last sale? We enjoy the food, please work on customer service.
