Always got the flavors you want and better deals then others

Always busy . No place to sit an enjoy unless you sit in your car. Customer service is great very friendly
We ordered DoorDash and asked for extra custard on the bottom and instead got next to nothing. Very disappointing! Last year they got it correct seven times, this is the first time we’ve ordered this year.
I ordered through door dash and ordered a chocolate custard by mistake instead of vanilla. I called and asked if they could possibly change it, the girl on the phone was very kind I should've asked for her name. She had no problem switching it for me and my girlfriend was happy when she got her vanilla(: thank you to whoever that was!
I love Rita's it's a shame it's only open for several months out of the year I would totally eat during the winter too

we were greeted with a wonderful smile and patience after we took an inordinate amount of time to make up our minds. our treats were absolutely delicious and the perfect addition to our long shift in the rain. kylie was awesome and we highly recommend this ritas! sincerely, theA6 ladies from christiana fire company

Food was delicious
A staple in the community, some of the best water ice in town. Great on a hot day, the line may be a little long sometimes but it's definitely worth it.
I SSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO love this place!!!!! Don't understand why it's not open 24/7. Right now weather is great for some Rita's.I just learned there is an Rita's in the Staten Island terminal. Will check it out when I return. Yes, I'm from New York ( Bklyn)
