Took forever. My water ice and gelatis were melted by the time I paid. And the cashier asked 5 times what my order was... (large coffee, large mango gelati)

we were greeted with a wonderful smile and patience after we took an inordinate amount of time to make up our minds. our treats were absolutely delicious and the perfect addition to our long shift in the rain. kylie was awesome and we highly recommend this ritas! sincerely, theA6 ladies from christiana fire company

A staple in the community, some of the best water ice in town. Great on a hot day, the line may be a little long sometimes but it's definitely worth it.

I SSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO love this place!!!!! Don't understand why it's not open 24/7. Right now weather is great for some Rita's.I just learned there is an Rita's in the Staten Island terminal. Will check it out when I return. Yes, I'm from New York ( Bklyn)

Charlie is extremely rude !!! He tried to serve me a blendini with barley any water ice in it and the cup was running over the sides, i politely asked him to remake it with more water ice and he said “no I’m not remaking it you want it or not “ I wasn’t paying for something that looks nothing like what i normally get ! Also , Charlie should put a mask on , he has a pretty nasty cold sore on his lip ! I won’t return to this Rita’s , I’ll gladly go to another one that can make their customers happy.

I love this place. Great service and yummy.

I'm from out of town(actually im coming fromSC)and I literally never had Custard in my entire life and I don't think I could ever go back to ice cream now. So thank you Rita's for showing me how frozen custard should taste. Absolutely delicious! I definitely will be coming back.
