Taquería Carnicería La Estrella is a clean place where you get your tacos and burritos from. The tripa tacos were fire, and the beef tacos are fresh and juicy with onions and cilantro. Burritos here are just what burritos should be, with well mixed, properly sautéed ingredients. The salsa verde is a chefs kiss, and the horchata is flavorful. The price is great. This is a legit Mexican market, carnicería, and quick chow with all sorts of Mexican candies, small groceries, and a restaurant. It gets busy, so order ahead. The service is friendly and quick, and the cashier is nice. They work hard to keep the place absolutely spotless and impeccably clean. It is a little slice of home with the best tacos in Delaware and so much authentic flavor. The chicharron is good. It is a hole in a wall that has it down to a science.
