“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.“

“We always go to Catch 54 when at the beach. The food is amazing every single time, the service is great, and it’s just a wonderful atmosphere. I could not recommend Catch 54 enough! If there was only one restaurant that I was eating at while at the beach, it would be Catch 54!“

“Good beer and food. My wife and I went back and had lunch. We both got the fried chicken sandwich with the store made buffalo sauce and ranch. My wife got her sauce on the side. We both loved the sauce!! We asked our waitress if it was store made and yes it is. They don't bottle it, but she offered us 2 small cups for free. The waitress came back and offered a quart for 15.00, I said yes without hesitation. Thank you!! Looking forward to coming back more often.“

“My wife and I had an amazing meal here. We were delighted to discover we made it in time for happy hour. We ordered beef nachos and a burrito to split, but took the burrito home because the nachos were aplenty! The food was stellar.

Jordyn was our server. She was attentive, informative, pleasant, and thorough. We will definitly be back and often!“

“I was coming off the beach and wasn’t feeling well a young lady on vacation with her family stopped to help me. We got to the steps of Lennys and asked them to get me some water. The sweetest waitress helped me to the bathroom and offered to wait for me. Your guest waited at the foot of the steps and watched my belongings. I didn’t catch either of their names and other staff could have been involved I was pretty dizzy and not feeling well at all. I just want you to know how awesome your staff is and will always be thankful. I live in NC and visit my mother here every summer and will continue to visit Lennys yearly. “I have been here many times but haven’t been in a little bit. Stopped in for the 2 for 1 drink special and an appetizer and had the pleasure of Dominique being our bartender. She’s the sweetest and an absolute vibe to be around. Definitely recommend stopping in for at least a drink and having her as your bartender!“
