Would have loved to have hot water and the restaurants opened. A CO2 leak that wasn’t disclosed that I found on Google. Customer service and honestly are big musts to me and sadly Ashore lacks this.
Room was not cleaned for three days even after we talked to the front desk and they assured us it would be; No running hot water; kitchen closed early as well as the bar during our stay.
Even though this facility is right off the beach, we paid for an ocean view room and got a partial, paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 twins. The balcony’s are super small and are questionable on stability. The door that led to the “balcony” we had to fight just to get it to open and close. The screen door was broken and couldn’t even be used. The whole 3 elevators they had in the building were barely big enough to fit staff members with a laundry tub.
