When the food was served to our table 2 of the entrees were waiting for mashed potatoes we were told numerous times they were coming, when they were almost finished with meal the server informed them they were out of mashed potatoes and they would sub with something else, why were the potatoes not served when all entrees were served to the table, another entree was chicken with crab imperial, well the chicken was a hockey puck it was so over done also it said it was served with crab imperial which it was not, it was just plain crab meat under the cheese. We will not be visiting this restaurant again because of the poor food quality.

The Cottage never disappoints!!!! Dinner was absolutely delicious!!! Their pot roast is always tender and cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes and macaroni n cheese were outstanding. I ended up having to get a doggie bag. Very filling!!!

Love the Cottage been going for years. Im a local and ive been here on my lunch break drinking pints or Guinness and stayed for dinner lol. I took my son here the other day but was slightly disappointed. I asked about the lunch specials im used to getting or the puffin burger and fried for the cheap price but my server (a male) told me it was bar only so I had to pay top dollar. Im not that upset the food was phenomenal and tasty too. I recommend going here and i will definitely be back. Thanks guys

Let me just say the food here is incredible, except for the steak with the surf and turf. I asked for it medium but it was very dry and half of it inedible.
I went here twice. The first night, the server Mandy was incredible. She was so friendly and just absolutely incredible at her job.
The second night, our server was Michael. I don't know if he just didn't want to be there but he was HORRIBLE! He even gave me a dirty look at the end of our dining experience and walked away without even saying a word. No thank you. No good night.
He checked on us once. I had to flag him down to even get water and he had other people bring out our orders and check, even though it wasn't very busy.
