Our friends raved about this place as being their fave in BB. Altho it's not much to look at, I can agree on the basis of this lunch. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, it doesn't represent itself as other than a beach bar and grill. And a little shop worn at that. My blackened bleu burger was excellent, grilled to medium just as I asked, Topped with excellent ripe tomato slices and some lettuce. Just right. Had a delicious crab cake dinner with homemade coleslaw. Service was professional and meal was served in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable and many items on the menu. Atmosphere was casual with a mix of customers in the restaurant.

What a fantastic place. A Bethany institution, no less. I don’t even know where to begin celebrating this place. It’s unpretentious, honest, authentic, genuine, well-priced. It’s the only of maybe two places in Bethany that you will find with regular locals. The owner, John, is the Man! One of the nicest guys on the shore. The portions are huge and the price has changed maybe once in the past few years. You won’t find a heartier, more honest place in the area.
