The best way to describe the scene when you walk into DiFebo’s Market is that it’s like watching a choreographed dance (especially considering our visits were just days before Thanksgiving). Being Italian and from Philly, I feel confident in my hoagie/cheesesteak tastebuds. Today I saw that the Market offers a Roast Pork sandwich. It was excellent, the roll was perfect, with just the right amount of chew. There was plenty of moist, spicy pork finished off with a sharp provolone. I asked for and was given a side of au jus for dipping. Suffice it to say there is no longer a need to drive down to Tony Lukes! Well done!
We camp at the state park up the road. We stopped here yesterday and grabbed some pastries. My husband just heated his cinnamon roll up for breakfast and said it was the best he’s ever eaten. We’ll stop back for sure. The staff were all friendly & helpful and it’s such a nice atmosphere.
