Everything we had was delicious. Each dish was made with high quality ingredients from the salad to the main course. The espresso after the meal was also perfect.

What an outstanding find! Having recently relocated to the area we are searching out our new favorite haunts. Have already returned twice, both times lucky to find seats at the busy bar. DiFebo's Caesar salad and chicken parm are among the very best I've had ANYWHERE, not just DE. They serve only house made pasta and bread to boot and one of the few spots in the area I've found that even offer espresso drinks so the cappuccinos being perfection was a joyful bonus. Top marks too for staff who were friendly helpful and attentive despite the full house to keep happy. Many more visits to come!Parking: Small lot that fills up quickly due to restaurant's popularity

Delicious food-from our opening antipasto to my short rib ravioli and others lasagna, osso bucco, and seafood pasta! A bottle from Montepulciano complemented it all perfectly!! The service was impeccable! Our server introduced us to their own pepper oil which made the perfectly balanced dipping sauce when mixed with their Parmesan and spice blend (on all tables). We did have a reservation, so we were seated promptly. Highly recommend-authentic Italian dishes minutes from the beach.

Whenever we are in Bethany Beach, this is our go to for Italian. My favorite dish is the Torchiette and Wild Mushroom and I get it each time. It never disappoints. It's rich and decadent. I also love their Parmigiano seasoning for their olive oil dipping sauce for bread. They also own a market across the street where you can get ingredients, desserts, wood oven pizza and sandwiches.

Truly mediocre food. Needs seasoning. My guess is the owner masquerades as chef. Food is no better at their market across the street

I do not understand why anyone likes white clumpy pasta and bad service. Not a fan. Overpriced. Caio e Pepe is watery and gross. Bolognese tasteless Make Italian food at home much better than this.

Had dinner here on 1.6.23. Everything about our experience was 5stars. Hostess was attentive. Sioux chef came out and introduced himself and asked for feedback. Drinks were wonderful- I had a "snowbird" and my husband had a "Marlo Brandon". We ordered the fried olives which I have never seen on a menu before. Delightful! We ordered the rigatoni with burrata and the lobster risotto. Both were excellent. Defeboes hits all the marks! Excellent and will return.

On a Thursday night in January, the restaurant was busy. They had a great shoulder season special- but we ordered off the menu and everything was delicious. Be sure to save room for dessert.

Really excellent meal. Loved the pastas and the arancini was in the most delicious sauce

Sooo not impressed with this place. Seems like they are understaffed- had to wait about 10 mins for hostess to come to the stand. Service was poor, our server took our drink order and then proceeded to take an 8 person table’s order ahead of ours (2 people), food took forever and was not hot when it came out? The bill was also wrong, they didn’t give us the correct price for make your own pasta night but at this point we had been there for over two hours so we didn’t even bother to correct because we were just done with this place. Poor experience!

This is a must do in Bethany. Literally closest thing to NY/NJ authentic Italian food. Amazing prepared foods and baked goods. You will not be disappointed.

Lost our reservation, parking was horrible. The food was nothing special. Someone needs to teach them how to make Brushetta, what they call "Brushetta" was hardly anything resembling real Brushetta. The service was excellent but the food fell way short of expectations. There were 7 of us, and we all left with the same opinion. Honestly, I can make a much better Italian meal and I'm by no means a chef. Felt like I was at some cheap chain restaurant.Parking: Horrible
