can't get order right. ordered coffee and donuts, got to the window, no coffee. had to order it over. I wasn't surprised, its been my experience at all Dunkins I've visited in the last 6 months. must be an upper management issue. poor quality.
I am a local resident and use this Dunkin’ regularly because it’s the only one open year round and the closest to my home, others are 30 or more mins away. I would say this place makes our drinks and food correct about 10% of the time. Ice coffees are hit or miss. We always pay extra $$ for extra pumps of Carmel flavor because we never can taste it and even then, it’s hard to detect. Some days there is no flavor at all. Typically I recommend this location, but this is the second time my donuts were given to us like this! Where is the cellophane and why are they sloppily thrown into the bag! See pay people $15 an hour and this is the unacceptable service you get! The napkins were chocolatey and the entire bag!🤬
