We have always loved the Grotto's Margarita pizza and think that this Grotto's location makes the best. We had an unfortunate issue with a par-bake margarita pizza recently, likely caused by a new employee that was still learning. We submitted a complaint on their website contact us form and got a very timely, professional, caring, and satisfying response from the manager, Japayl. We have been loyal Grotto's customers for over 50 years, and now will continue, especially at this West Bethany location.

Food was only ok and the server was a little impolite...we asked her for straws for our drinks and she gave us an attitude. Also for some reason they had a box fan blowing directly on our table for the whole meal I wouldn't go back there it was below average for a restaurant.
