We have always loved the Grotto's Margarita pizza and think that this Grotto's location makes the best. We had an unfortunate issue with a par-bake margarita pizza recently, likely caused by a new employee that was still learning. We submitted a complaint on their website contact us form and got a very timely, professional, caring, and satisfying response from the manager, Japayl. Food was only ok and the server was a little impolite...we asked her for straws for our drinks and she gave us an attitude. Also for some reason they had a box fan blowing directly on our table for the whole meal
I wouldn't go back there it was below average for a restaurant.
