Establishes a connection with customers individually from the first encounter. The management and team members never strive to do anything less then please the customer in whatever way possible. Time management is amazing. From the door to the line to the amazing daily selections of different flavors and toppings. You’re in and out with your favorite frozen treat all while having a fun time while doing so. 10/10 would recommend. Will be constantly coming back in the future.

Great custard, friendly service, and clean restroom. I picked up my chocolate and vanilla twist with chocolate jimmies to go, last for the season (yeah, I know summer ended awhile ago but today was sunny and kinda warm). Rita’s owners should consider making their location feel more beachy, would give it a friendlier

My family arrived at 9pm on the dot, right when Rita's was set to close. We had no problem getting our Italian ices. The employees were very assertive and friendly. I usually order the cotton candy gelate but this time I went with the Georgia peach gelate. It was really tasty! Such a great dessert.
