McDonald's is well was my go to Bridgeville McDonald's used to be fast efficient service with friendly works not any more the workers totally ignore you took at least 10 minutes to get waited on with a bad attitude employee took another 10 minutes to get food which was terrible the McChicken was swimming in mayo and cold more lettuce then chicken and now no soda machines to self serve I left without even trying to get a refill absolutely no workers out at register now with new design they can all hide behind the wall Sonic will be my new go to they have better food and service and a soda machine for refills

Can't get free refills my drink wasn't even filled all the way and they forgot one of my 4 pc mcnuggets will not be coming back. Don't know why you have to pay for a refill now no thanks

Honestly I’m disappointed, I placed an order for my autistic sister and others in my household who are here, unaware that they are remodeling, I used the McDonald’s app, I put it in it placed, everything looked normal. It said it was read to be picked up and a driver was on the way to pick it up. I watch the map when I order cause I would like to have a round about idea when it will come so it’s now outside long, as I feel almost anyone does. 30 mins after I placed my order and awaiting upon said order. My order was cancelled out of nowhere. I can the store 2 or 3 times and called the app but no answers no where. I text my friend who uses the app and delivery more often then me and I was like this ever happen to u before? She responses there closed and have been since the 6th. Meanwhile, online orders are going through taking money, that y’all don’t know was my last bit but it was, and it says y’all are open online as well. Which is false I feel as though y’all should have done something to prevent this, other fast food places out there hours as temporarily closed but what do I know it’s just a suggestion. I went to this location in person numerous of time and went through drive through and there’s is a lack of customer service. I only go there cause it’s the one closest to me.

I was very disappointed in how rude the workers were here. They wouldn't take our order at the register so we ordered from the kiosk that we didn't know about. Then it says to take a number and they would bring our food out, which they placed out on the counter with no drink cups and I finally went up after seeing sit there and asked if it was ours and they said yeah! I then had to ask for our drink cups. And then I this young rude worker kept walking over by our booth to wave to his buddies out the window, but he couldn't bring our food over when it was ready. This McDonald's is as bad as the ones in Wilmington and NJ. Don't go here! I know I probably won't go here again. Definitely not this year or two!

I went thru the drive-thru and wow, was she grumpy. She didn't say anything negative, but she didn't say anything at all...zero personality. As if I was inconveniencing her by me wanting something to eat.

I ordered on the app and when i git there, I was told it canceled my order because something went wrong with the app. He rang me up for what I originally ordered however, I no longer received the deal I was using with the app.

We were told to pull up in a parking spot and our order would be out shortly, after waiting 10 minutes our food was brought to us and we immediately asked the employee if everything was accounted for, to which she replied "Yes". Well we got home and realized we were missing some food. I usually almost always check to see if all is there (and I know better) but we took her word for it anyways and learned the hard way of course. I think employees should encourage all customers to check the bags before they pull away to make sure their order is complete. It would prevent alot of backups, confusion, returns through ordering lanes and possible confrontational situations.
