Gotta eat it

BRANDI WYLIN

I just had some original scrapple delivered to me all the way to California. I had not had any in over 25 years. But it was as wonderful as I remember. Thank you for taking me on a journey back in time... Absolutely the best flavor....

Best Scrapple hands down. Less grease, better seasoning. Local major retail store didn't have any for several weeks, told me it was a shipping problem, the other smaller store had it. I contacted Rapa with an email, John Curtis responded immediately, said he would look into the issue. I need my Rapa, and they will make it happen. Companies today need to take note how to respond to customers needs. Thanks John and Brian Thomas for looking out for your customers.

Terrible. Customer service not good. I called them, I purchased a package of their scrapple and was moldy. They told me they would send coupons for scrapple. I never received anything from them. I waited around 6 weeks, called them and informed them I never received the coupon. They said they would send more coupons via UPS. Well, 8 months later,no coupons. I'm done. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It had a very good experience there as I'm a truck driver and I had an 7:00am appointment, I arrived early and was told to back in to the door and they would load me just as soon as they got done with there truck, long story short I was out of there by 6:30am.

Since 1926, when brothers Ralph and Paul Adams (RAPA) started the manufacturing plant in Bridgeville, Delaware, and created the original scrapple brand recipes still in use today. Product innovation, consistent quality, and generations of customer satisfaction remain the cornerstone for their continued success. RAPA continues the legacy of providing quality packaged scrapple products with the best-practiced safety standards. Using their classic spice blend and ingredients for an unbeatable texture and flavor. They even added new flavors to the mix that I know you'll love. They now offer HOT 'N SPICY SCRAPPLE a spicy kick from smoked jalapeños. BACON SCRAPPLE mild scrapple with bacon added to the mix and many more. The plant is still located in Bridgeville where the company was founded. RAPA Scrapple has become a leading brand. The name scrapple was derived from wood scraps. Originally scrapple was created to make use of the scraps of hog left over after butchering and certainly it still is. The current use of scrapple here in the United States is as breakfast meat. But in the early days of settlement in the US, it was also served as the main entry for Sunday and special dinners. In 1981, Wisconsin-based company, Jones Dairy Farm, acquired RAPA. In 1985, Johnsonville Foods acquired Habbersett (Habbersett is a brand of meat products founded in 1863 known for its production of scrapple) and sold it to Jones Dairy Farm in 1988. After purchasing Habbersett, Jones Dairy Farm shut down the original plant in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and moved it to Bridgeville, Delaware. Both Habbersett and RAPA now produce meats out of the same building located at 103 S Railroad Ave in Bridgeville. The two brands are processed separately. I have been eating scrapple all my life and RAPA is by far the best. I prefer the original over the others but anything with the RAPA brand logo is great!

bought a package that had mold running through it, Emailed the company and they never responded. I guess they have enough customers that they don't need me.
