The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a western omelet that had mushrooms on it clumps of ham and bacon folded in eggs. I told the waiter that I didn’t like mushrooms and I didn’t want it. She told me I still had to pay for it because I ordered it, me not knowing it had mushrooms on it. They did not offer me something else instead they called the cops on me to make me pay for it. I will never ever go there again. I really don’t want to give them any rating.

Not ADA compliant and hostile to service dogs. When we entered the establishment with my service dog, we were denied service and told the leave. The dog was wearing his harness, which was clearly marked indicating he was a service dog. We tried to take the approach of educating the staff when it came to treating handicapped individuals with service dogs. The employees, while kind, responded that they had been told they would be fired if they allowed any dog into the restaurant including service dogs. Apparently the owner, Theresa, does not like dogs, to each their own, and we were told by the employees they have denied service previously to other individuals with service dogs.

Know the owner Tommy from the gym and he’s always saying when are u gonna stop by the restaurant and let me feed you . Well the other day the wife and I were out and about early and stopped at Snappy’s for breakfast and feed us is exactly what they did . Ain’t no small portions in this place ! Food was awesome and plentiful . Scrapple ,sausage, home fries and omelets all right on time . Absolutely the go to spot for breakfast in Sussex County . If you’re hungry come here and treat yourself !
