I use the app to place an order. When I got there one of the staff members walked in and didn't acknowledge me even standing there. She could have at least said "I'll be right back". I barely got a thank you after she gave me my order. When I got out to my car, I went in to save them time of walking out, I looked at my order and chicken nuggets that I got were cold and the mozzarella sticks taste just like the chicken what a disappointment . Because that is the only Sonic in the area and I do like their cheeseburgers when they're done correctly I will go back however I'm very disappointed .

The food is good here if you wait long enough to get it. My daughter and I just walked out. We were at the register for at least 10 minutes. They gave the one guy in line his food, looked at us, and then walked away. So we just walked out and went to Pizza King. Disclaimer - I only have so much patience. They didn't even acknowledge we were there. It wasn't even that busy. Oh well, though. Like I said, though. It's not all bad. The food is good there.

Went the other day and asked for a cone, apparently they didn't sell them anymore but the drive thru cashier said they had cups and we said ok. We pull up to get our food and I get my milkshake but am also handed just an empty cup? I am unsure if she was high or completely misunderstood but we just got a plastic cup.

The chicken tenders were horrible, there double cheese burger really bad as well. I was shocked, I raved about sonic when we seen it heading to oc. Ours in baltimore there food was great. My fiance was very disappointed as well as my self. We actually thru the food away that cost us $20.00 exactly. I'll never stop here again. The drive thru girl kept asking over and over can i take your order ,after telling her I needed a few minutes to look over there menu. Da he'll is wrong with these employees here.

I had an amazing lady her name is Michelle and her customer service is top tier she had so much patience with me. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing so late at night.
Kid-friendliness: This location is very kid friendly it has a play area outside for them.
Lil pricey. Food was ok. It was a regular double smashed burger, tater tots and a regular sweet tea. It did have lots of pickles. Wooh hoooh, Not worth th $11.?? Should have waited for Micky Dr's.

Went to stall 5 pressed the button nobody answered waited a minute. Then pressed the button again then a girl answered didn't say her name . Here's the fun part I tell her what I want then she says nothing I say can you hear me and she replies no I can't hear you. 🤣 I then say would it be easier if I move to a different stall she says yes this one's cutting you out. So I move to stall 4 press the button where no one answered the switch board.
The employees were super nice and friendly, but the food was terrible. The only thing that tasted good was my cherry limeade 🍒

For one sonic is suppose to be on skates .. no one was ... The employees were short with us. I asked for water for my dog and she turned her back to me when she answered... But she didn't answer me she just told the lady to add a water on and bring it out. I found that disrespectful because clearly I wouldn't be asking if my dog wasnt thirsty from traveling... Food was soaked in grease .. which made it nasty!
