Made an online order and got there and lady said that she had changed the bread to a random one cause she didn’t have one available instead of calling me or asking me when I got there. Bread tasted stale and cookies were sitting out for a long time. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she couldn’t contact them. She was an Indian lady with black hair. Very rude. Tried to take my whole order after I asked for one sub to be remade.

Arrived there about 7:35 pm. Ordered my sandwich and told her I would pay extra for onions and sauce put very little on my sandwich. When I questioned her (spoke very little English) she should me a paper with ingredients on it. Again told her I would pay extra I hate a dry sandwich. Would not recommend this place if u want a sandich ur way

They must have made my subs with the portions on a 6 in. I received the lightest most pitiful "subs" I have ever ordered. I ask for extra sauce on a cheesesteak, theres next to none, and the subroll looks fully closes theres next to nothing inside it. Waste of money very

As one of the last reviewers said here, they didn’t accept my coupon either. This time they claimed the system rejected the coupon. The coupon said it was good into August and I have frequented this store several times in the past year and the coupons have always been accepted there. My guess is that they no longer accept the coupons, and instead of just saying that, they make up an excuse.I also have noticed the spinach wilting.I certainly won’t go back. JUST BE HONEST IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR POLICY! By not being honest, you will lose customers.
My subs look ok, but didn't tell me until I was paying their system was down and couldn't take coupons. Looking at other reviews I wonder if this was even true. I would have ordered less if I knew that when I ordered.Also, the Spinach was wilted and I saw some brown in the Lettuce.

Website says open till 8. Got there at 7:30. Sign says open. Store lit up. No one will answer door or phone. Of this is how they care about business they can keep their food till it rots. No note on door with an excuse for bad business either. Lost my business. I'll travel farther before I stop there again

I meet friends in this place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I visit this place regularly. The meals are excellent, the staff is professional and the payment is reasonable. I enjoy being in this spot for a decent dinner.
