Before they took away the pay it forward policy my husband paid for a cop behind him since the lady at the drive thru made him wait for his coffee. He could see it on the counter she would scan his phone app to pay then look forward sip her tea then hand him his coffee after making him wait a couple of minutes. It’s very unfortunate that there are bad employees and awful management. There are plenty of Dunkins around us we will take our service elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the Camden Dunkin Doughnuts. This kind and generous act is now frowned apon. When did an act of kindness from one person become an obligation to another. That's not how it works!! I will no longer be supporting Dunkin Doughnuts Camden or any other store that had this or similar policies.
