The drive through had 3 cars but took over 10m to get the food. not usually speedy, but much slower, even for Arby's. The drive thru person was at least friendly and the food was good.

Minimal 15 minute wait for FAST food. Rude, wrong order and just basically the worse.
Love arbys great fast food, always hits the spot. Never disappointed. Plenty of menu items. Always on point in my opinion.

I used to go to this Arby's regularly, but my last few visits have been terrible strictly because of the rude attitude of the woman taking orders at the drive-thru. She is consistently rude, lacks basic manners, and acts as if I'm bothering her just by placing an order. I let it go last time, hoping it was just a bad day, but I visited again on 5/9/25 around 1:30 p.m., and the same woman was there with the same unpleasant attitude. Despite my efforts to be polite and respectful, she was incredibly rude throughout the interaction. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has made what used to be an enjoyable stop feel frustrating and uncomfortable. Arby's management has to do better. I won't be back.

Tashiona has the worst customer service ever. She didnât greet me and was texting on her phone as I sat waiting for her to take my order. After her sending multiple texts she looked up at me and stated â do you know what you are getting?â Also she just handed me my bag when my food was done and stuffed her hands in my bag and put the receipt in my bag without asking me, with her gloves that were not changed during the interaction smh.on a positive note the other ladies that usually take my order are great and have great customer service.
One time I stopped in and asked for some condiments for later use and I was told no because I wasn't buying anything at that moment
Quick and courteous service and good hot food.
Happy that the Fish sandwiches are back. Relatively quick nd definitely friendly drive through service.
