I used to go to this Arby's regularly, but my last few visits have been terrible strictly because of the rude attitude of the woman taking orders at the drive-thru. She is consistently rude, lacks basic manners, and acts as if I'm bothering her just by placing an order. I let it go last time, hoping it was just a bad day, but I visited again on 5/9/25 around 1:30 p.m., and the same woman was there with the same unpleasant attitude. Despite my efforts to be polite and respectful, she was incredibly rude throughout the interaction. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has made what used to be an enjoyable stop feel frustrating and uncomfortable. Arby's management has to do better. I won't be back.

Tashiona has the worst customer service ever. She didn’t greet me and was texting on her phone as I sat waiting for her to take my order. After her sending multiple texts she looked up at me and stated “ do you know what you are getting?” Also she just handed me my bag when my food was done and stuffed her hands in my bag and put the receipt in my bag without asking me, with her gloves that were not changed during the interaction smh.on a positive note the other ladies that usually take my order are great and have great customer service.

Went through the drive thru and decided to try their brisket sandwich,took two bites and started to feel sick. I have no allergies and intolerances. Ate half and nearly threw up,days after...I was so sick. I won't be ordering from here anymore,it's overpriced and the food rarely ever comes out hot.

Restaurant was empty inside. When we entered the restaurant there was an employee standing just outside the door on her cell phone b!tching out someone about something that I really didn’t need to hear about. When we walked in there was no one at the counter to greet us initially and then this person came out and we mentioned about the girl outside on the phone and they bolted out the door after her. Eventually someone came and asked if they could take our order. I asked a few questions about the fish sandwiches and the guy really didn’t make much of an effort to try and sell me on one or another. I had to ask specific questions about each one about the sauce and if it had cheese. It was like pulling hens teeth. I did select the Hawaiian version which has a sauce, lettuce and was supposed to have cheese. Mine had no cheese and when I asked the manager about it he argued that he knows that he put cheese on my sandwich. I was afraid to ask them to make me a new sandwich for fear of what they might do to my food. Plus I had already waited over 15 minutes to get the food we got. As soon as we placed the order the employee put our curly fries on the serving tray and it took them 15 minutes to incorrectly make our sandwiches. Needless to say the fries were not hot at all. Oh and the girl who was outside the restaurant when we were walking in was texting on her phone the entire time she was quite slowly preparing food behind the counter. I’m surprised she didn’t drop her phone into the deep fryer as she was sorting the food from the fryer baskets.
I always thought this Arby’s served a nice hot meal and I would truly enjoy ringing the bell on the way out the door. Not this time and I doubt I will ever step foot in this Arby’s again. I’ll head down to Prices Corner next time.

Worst Reuben sandwich ever. Very little dressing and the person that made it didn’t melt any Swiss cheese on it . Not enough meat.
