The wait wasn't long at all. They put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Did give me plenty of ketchup, though.
My brother and I were eating our food, and it was good until a nice size mouse ran across the floor. Took my appetite away.

I don't go to Arby's often but decided to go a few nights ago. I didn't go in, I used the drive through so I can't review the inside. It was a little busy but the worker who took my order was extremely polite and professional while I was making up my mind. I have had Fast Food workers get angry if I take too long deciding what to order. I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, so it took me about 30 seconds to decide. I do have one complaint. I paid 10 dollars for the Beef and Cheddar meal, the fries were cold and the sandwich was barely warm. Overall, it was decent. Hopefully, the next time I come back, the food will be hot.
