This is the worst Boston market to date. NO drinks. Fountain or otherwise. Staff is always mean and annoyed. It’s ridiculous. I only come here to pick up doordash and they are the worst at EVERYTHING! - service. Customer and food. They should shut down and revamp or just NOT the poor man in front of me was in awe. He only asked the young man if he should tap or swipe to pay, the boy said, do what you want… ridiculous

This location is CLOSED PERMANENTLY! Yet their online ordering system is still on, as well as Doordash. When I arrived to pick up my food, there were 2 Doordash drivers attempting to pick up orders too. My money is in pending status and cannot be charged back or disputed because of this.Knowingly taking orders for a store that the Company KNOWS is closed, is FRAUD! I will be filing a complaint with Delaware State consumer affairs.Ps There is no way to complain to anyone within the Boston Market Corporation, as their phone numbers reroute you to order catering.Unbelievable!

We went to the location at claymont and I believe is the managers that has no personality or manners to attend that restaurant. No greeting or please excuse the wait or let me call someone else to help you .They need to do more training with the staff at that location .I wouldn’t go there again or recommend that location to dine in.

Meal sucked before 4pm only 3 sides available no pot pies which was the reason I stopped there have never been disappointed with this location before have always been happy with my order. Sorry but will never return. To Claymont location

The Service was unacceptable, The server had a serious attitude problem. I aske did they have serving plates, she said no. I asked about vegetables they only had cream spinach . The food was sticking to the steamers, the corn looked old. I walked out, did not buy anything. I asked for a manager they looked @ me like i was crazy. Never stop here.

As most Boston Market's there dead ducks. The staff is rude and on top of that smoking then touching food. I was told I have gloves on but, you never washed your hands before touching the gloves. Six months this location will close like many other in Delaware.

The couple of customers that were inside left... They looked like they weren't cooking any chicken... Looked like they were about to close.... Didnt try any food... Just like all the other customers I turned and walked out too... If nobody was buying food it was for a reason.. the cashier... Had a attitude anyway... Didnt say anything at first while we looked at the outdated menu... No greeting.. no offering to help or suggestions....

It is not very clean and the store is out of date everything looks old and unsanitary they need to remodel it just looks unsafe for food handling too I recommend using the new store in Aston it is brand new and clean .
Only 2 workers and bc of that service was very slow and they were out of the signature sauce which shb made in the morning. This is the reason for 3 stars??

We had a great experience from this location. Ordered online and our door dasher picked up and delivered within 15 min of the order being placed. Food was super hot and everything was really good!
