I recently visited the Burger King at 2911 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont, DE, and had a great experience. I worked with VPs and a president of the college and no body had any issues to understand me. These people pretend that I cannot place an order, request to travel to a window and demonstrate vulgar images in my face. The explanation was that his head phone does not work properly. May I suggest to add video camera as Dinkins do. Just because, they see customers, they provide better services st all tines.

There is nothing fast about his food. Second time in a week that I tried to eat here. First time I sat at the Drive through speaker and they told me to wait a minute and never came back so I went in to get my food. The food was cold. The burger was so small I didn't think they put one on at first. This time they told me to wait and they didn't come back. The 3 cars behind me left and then I gave up and left.
They microwaved my whole burgers hot ,mushy lettuce, tomato, pickles on soggy bread. I won't eat there again.Why does the drivetru look like someone threw up on it
I mean it's a burger King. It used to be cheap fast food with decent service. Now it's just decent service

Dropped by to treat myself on Valentine’s day during my lunch break. Received fast and kind service. Also got a crown and a “you rule!” so that was really fun.

I really liked my server at the drive-through window. He was extremely nice and polite so this rating is not for the staff at all. They are always very nice and accommodating. This is strictly for the maintenance of the grill, the grease and any other thing that you are serving.. I came for a double croissant sandwich of ham and bacon. The sandwich was freshly made as it was very early in the morning, and I’m sure they were just opening. The hashbrowns. although cooked to perfection were uneditable because they had yesterday‘s grease taste all over them as a matter of fact, I don’t even know if it was yesterday or the whole week’s worth of Grease….. Made the whole hash brown experience unbearable. I had beautiful hashbrowns and plenty of them and I could not finish them because they tasted very old. I believe I made a review another time when I came early in the morning and got a Double croissant sandwich, but this time it was early in the morning the sandwich was beautifully made to the eye, but when I opened it, it was cold. A breakfast sandwich, should never ever be cold! It felt like they had just put the ham on from the refrigerator and warmed up a croissant in the microwave right quick but not enough. This is a Main St., Philadelphia Pike, which should not have a subpar Burger King as far as food is concerned. I appreciate the Kindness of the workers, but that doesn’t make up for paying for food that you can’t eat.

I order from this burger king on door dash. And everything was absolutely wrong cold and hard. I spent 80.00 never in my life have I been this annoyed and pissed off it's absolutely insane that 5 meals should all be wrong and cold. I will never in my life again go to this burger king! Poor excuse for fast food.
