Ordered ahead for pickup and got the notification that order was ready. I arrived 5 minutes after and waited 45 minutes for them to make it from scratch. They locked the doors and only had one opening to go in and out and this is at 6:15pm on a Saturday!

If I could give no stars, I would give no stars i’m handicap, unable to walk tried to use the drive-through. They refused to take my order and insisted that I had to come into the store to order. It’s 8:19 PM no reason the drive-through should be shut down. This was my first visit definitely my last. Now I have to go home and hear all kinds of stuff from my wife because she really wanted that KFC

Well I'm in line to get some chicken and it's literally been a half of an hour it's just so ridiculous. So I ordered the 10pc bucket. First off before I left I asked the person if everything was in the bag she replied yes. So I get home and my 10-piece bucket was eight pieces. I don't go to KFC a lot so I didn't know that I guess that bucket is all dark meat and was not told otherwise. so not as their only no white meat but only eight pieces out of the 10 were in the bucket. I don't live very close to there so needless to say I'm pretty pissed. I tried to call of course the phone's off the hook to inform them that they ripped me off. I am definitely not going back to that crap place. I suggest everyone stay away maybe when the idiot owner figures out they're not doing any business they'll actually try to figure out how to run it right. So $30 dollars later and shorted two pieces of chicken and a half an hour of my life gone.. I will never return sorry Kernel Sanders..

This location often closes before posted hours. I have given this location multiple chances as I live right down the street, however, every single time I come there is something missing or they are out of something or it is a very long wait. Today KFC was out of chicken 2 hrs before close......how are they still open?

Don’t waste your time here they gave me cold food the third time I ask for my money back, they wont there policy is to make it right while u wait. This is the worst kfc ever. They have one Hispanic in the back doing all the work while everyone else just walking around. Then the drive thru they taking every other order. No bbq wing

Worst KFC joint ever. The only thing which is good is the biscuit. Chicken is so brown and looks dirty. I think the oil used in frying is very old. I walked into this place and the guys were looking at me as if I didn't exist. They have the worst fries ever. I think the fries have been there for days. I immediately understood why the parking lot was empty. You guys can do better.

Literally the worst Taco Bell/KFC location it’s been going downhill for years and at this point I will no longer spend my money at this location I’ll drive out of my way to concord pike due to the poor food quality & laziness /rudeness of the staff they turn equipment off early to be able to close earlier and constantly say they don’t have certain items that are on the menu the food & service is subpar

Workers were trying their best despite being understaffed. Allowed me to hang out for a couple hours while waiting for somebody. Was kind of annoyed that I ordered green beans and was told after ordering by another employee that they don’t have green beans and the employee who took my order is new and didn’t know. No biggie, kind of disappointed though because KFC green beans are🔥🔥.

Arrived for drive through at 930pm. An automated message started up about the store being closed despite being open online and their signage till 11pm. There’s a truck sitting in the drive through for maybe a social call so they’re closed. Bad reviews for a reason I guess.

I ordered two famous bowls and some tacos and after getting my food and driving back to PA to my home, I take my food out and one of the famous bowls has no chicken in it, just mashed taters,corn,gravy.. they forgot to put the rest of the stuff in so had to drive back to Delaware to the restaurant and let them know and they gave me a new one.
