Everytime I come here it’s nothing but problems. I ordered a 6 piece with 4 sides online 15 min before I arrived and I arrive and they tell me they just opened (at 1:25pm, supposed to open at 10:30am) only have chicken and mashed potatoes and fries. It’s a mess, don’t waste your time.
I’m outside waiting on my food and the doors are locked. I’ve watch at least 15 people try the door and walk away frustrated

This location is never open, their drive through is open but the sit down part of the restaurant is never open. I've gone on multiple occasions and it says they're open on Google but it does not specify weather or not it is just the drive through.

I am not sure what to say about this location as I have one problem or the other with them. They don't have the right chicken as I order extra crispy and get original instead as that are out of it. I also, have missing or wrong items with my order and Door Dash is of no help when I complain to them as I used them to deliver my order as they refused to give me credit for the obvious mistakes this place made on a recent order.
It doesn't matter whether I order in person, online for curbside pickup, or online for delivery through Door Dash there is always some kind of problem or issue with it from this location and I do find that frustrating. Door Dash's lack of help and corporation on this is deeply troubling and very frustrating.
I am not sure what to do and I refuse to use Door Dash and there are other KFC locations to try to see if they can get things right as this place failed to do.

I placed my order online and it was ready after 15 minutes of my arrival BUT had to corral someone to find it. Couple there before me had been waiting for their order for 40 minutes and they had done so online also. They were told finally that it would be out shortly but they had no white meat which is what they ordered. It was chaotic situation. Long line of cars for pickup. Plenty of workers but seemed no organization. I enjoyed my meal but not sure I'll go back. It has been several years since I've been to this KFC just 2 miles from my home. Always seems to be unorganized and never enough chicken pieces.

They are the complete worst !!!!! They need to just shut down completely you go inside they don’t even acknowledge you at all just stare don’t say a damn word I was waiting in line 20 minutes and they never took my order another customer came in ask me how long I have been waiting and he walked out . The service is terrible they close when they want to just shut the place down worst service ever

I don't know how this location is still open... drive thru closed, AC inside is broken, front register is broken so you have to yell at the person at the drive thru window to take your order, the food is dry and tasteless, grass overgrown around the property and no maintenance done in a long time it looks like, the soda machine is broken as well with 0 fizz...
This location should be shut down. Shame on the owner. I don't know how the workers put up with 0 AC in this heatwave.
