Took my 1, 2 and 3rd level. I thought I was pretty knowledgeable as far as wine goes. These courses were fun and expanded my knowledge of wine exponentially!
I decided to take a 2- weeks class, and it was delightful. It's had a lot of information, and my instructors had a lot of patience while teaching me. I recommend this school.
It is a great hands-on approach to learning the art of making wines in a short period. You will learn everything you need to know to be successful in this field. My friends also took their course. We all enjoyed the class and experience.
I just completed a program recently, and it was both educational and fun. All the instructors are outstanding and never boring. I can now make my own wine with my family.
