We attended a dinner event at this catering venue. The interior was charming and perfect for special occasion photos. However, I was disappointed by two things. First, our arrival was frustrating due to the valet parking setup. The parking entrance is narrow, allowing only one car at a time in front of the main entrance, which led to a traffic jam. Once they paused the valet service, traffic flowed more smoothly. Secondly, while the dinner itself was flavorful, it was served cold. They offered beef with side dishes, but the food temperature detracted from the experience. Since it was our first time at this venue, I’m unsure if this is typical or just an off night.

Liked this job.only thing I disliked was their communication even after leaving they will not produce the proper paperwork for employees.smdh you'd think their hospitality would have been better. Even when you reached out to different managers

I have been to various wedding venues, and I would have to say this one has everything covered. I would say from the beauty, privacy, views, and of course the huge variety of gourmet food, including desserts.

This venue, is so beautiful! The staff is professional, accommodating, and very attentive to the needs of their guests. They have a wait staff and Chefs that are 2nd to none. I look forward to hopefully another opportunity to visit The Waterfall.
