In a world where 80% of our experiences lie in the middle of the bell-shaped curve, this ice cream store is no exception. Average at best. Plus, the owner doesn't provide a paper receipt. "Seriously?" On a recent visit to see Fort Delaware State Park, I stopped at the Ice Cream Parlor for a nice afternoon ice cream break and I sure am glad I did. They have a great variety of ice cream and the employee was very courteous. I'm sure glad I went there and would go there again next time I am there.
Stopped in after dinner next door. We were greeted immediately upon entering and both employees seemed genuinely enthused to take our order. There were several other customers in the shop and neither employee made anyone feel rushed or unappreciated. Loved the conversation, the atmospher, and the ice cream!
