“I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. She was such a doll :) Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable and she took very good care of me. The service was great you can tell this is a hidden gem and family owned business. Keep up the great work. I have recommended this place to countless people. I enjoy the homemade rice pudding because it’s different than the traditional one I grew up with but a good difference of course. I wish they sold their tzatziki sauce because you can tell that was made with love. They are the best and no one compares.”
